The day began with worship and Jeanne Mayo, the youth pastor’s youth pastor. This woman is 60 years old and has been in youth ministry 39 years and still going strong. She talked about us living a legacy in the present…very encouraging!

I attended the half track on evangelism lead by Derwin Gray and Greg Steir, of Dare to Share.  Man…what a class! Great tips on friendship evangelism and living witness faith. The class was very good.

The evening worship was lead by The Skit Guys.  They handled everything but the music. I’ve never laughed so hard…these guys are brilliant!  The message was incredible and they created such an amazing visual with baggage…it blew us away. We were challenged to let go of our excess baggage in order to be used by God.

We topped off the evening with a movie, Cop Out. It was funny but not that great.
